Ever since I bought my 95 240SX SE, there has been a rattle coming from the rear end of the car.  I thought it was the speakers..nope..back seat..nope. Today while I was drving I noticed that the trunk was vibrating up and down slightly.   I think it might have something to do with the trunk latch.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think you can adjust the latch inside the trunk (move it down some).  But what I did was wrap some duct tape around the rubber bumpstops on the bottom side of the trunk lid.  This made the seal tighter and stopped the rattling.
