I love the C-west body kit. But i knotced that all the body kits are like 1200 bucks or more. Y are they so expensive. I dont wanna wate 1200bucks if i get a car accedent or someone bumps into it. All other import cars are like 500-800 bucks for a full body kit. Even just the front bumper from c-went cost more then most body kits, 600 bucks. Are there other body kits that are cheaper then what im seeing

Hi there,
You have to remember that those CHEAP kits are knock offs or imitations.  They are made from cheap fiberglass, and will usually take some modfication in order to fit correctly.  The authentic C-West/Veilside/Bomex kits are made from quality FRP and utilize the FACTORY mounting hardware.  Trust me this is a BIG plus and definitely worth the premium.

Oh..and Sil80Girlie is most likely selling her C-West front bumper which has never been painted.  It has only been mounted to ensure proper fit.  You can see the car with the bumper on her page.  The bumper is currently off the car.

Sil80Girlie's Project

Thanks!

turbobunny,
if she still wants to get rid of it, i want it.  i was going down the road the other day and a treadmill fell out of the back of the puck-up in front of me and my front end caught it.  Any help would be appreciated.

I like the wheels she has on her car. Why is she getting rid of that front end? I think it looks good on her car.

The C-West bumper is still on the market...She's selling it because she's doing the S15 conversion....Looking for a local buyer to just come by and pick it up.

Edit: Oh yeah, we live in Dallas,TX.

Don't forget, C-West kits are actually wind-tunnel tested too.
