Heya!
I have a t3/4e turbo, revhard manifold, TiAL wastegate (35mm), HKS super sequential BOV, Trust 3" sr20det downpipe...
I was running Denso Iridium plugs, and when re-gapping them, I snapped an electrode, so back to the Bosch platinum +4.  They suck, and I don't recommend them.
Up and comming (2 weeks at most) is an ignition system (Jacobs) and some 8.5mm magnecor wires.
Anyway... hp and torque I can't tell you.  I won't even guess.  But I have taken down some cars in my auto that I shouldn't have... 5.0L mustangs, older (280hp '95) Camaro Z28.
If you have any questions, email me or PM me on Zilvia.
-Jeff
