SR help: Picking a fuel rail?

hello,
I am having a bit of a trouble. I have a s13 blacktop with greddy intake mani, RC injectors and Sard topfeed fuel rail. My hood is hitting my fuel rail and will not close! Can someone recomend me a good FUel rail, injector combo that will sit LOWER??
heres what I have now;

Can anyone suggest a smaller injector(size not CC) and fuel rail combo I can put on there? I am about 1" too high!! Help would be much appreciated!!!

looks like he's got a 510 (or something) not an s-chassis car.
as for poster of this thread-looks like you may have to stick with side feeds> maybe more info?

Your problem is the car! just cut the hood!! haha jk. I would think all top feed fuel rails would sit at the same height.

yes i noticed that the chassis was different, but looking at my setup with the sard injectors it does look like it sits a little bit lower, i just went out and measured it form the top of the oil cap to the top foward corner of the rail its about an 1 1/8 inches with the sard injectors

Youve never looked at a SR or RB then. We gots that gangsta lean!
I know our motors sit cocked kinda sideways, but yours looks like its sitting higher in the front than the back.

Is an aftermarket hood out of the equation? Maybe some engine mount modifications?

jzzzs there are so many useless posts in this threads...

First of all bolt the tranny and mounts and everything else in properly to really get a full idea of how the engine will finally rest/angle, hieght etc.

If you still have the issue...

is there anyway to mess with the AN fitting that goes to your fuel pressure regulator to give your more clearence?

How about propping the hood up jdm/cowl steyl with giant bolts and washers (i so gay huh?).

I mean you can go back to a stock side feed rail with PE 850cc injectors or any other size for that matter. Judging by the compressor housing I doubt youll need more than 800cc regardless of what comp is stuffed in there, then just shelve your SARD stuff or sell it me in a month haha.

cheers man.
