This has all been covered and you could have found what you are looking for by searching. Maxing out boost on any turbo shortens its lifespan. Sweet spot for this turbo is ~17lbs of boost.
Expect to see ~300whp @ 17lbs on average with a Z32 mafs, 550cc injectors, cams, fuel management and dyno tuning. |

![]() listen, i'm tryin to find out if anyone has the dyno sheets and not what the max hp should be, but who has got the top hp #(with proof) on an s15. sorry i don't spend my life on the f*cking internet, i did look through the search area but the threads weren't specific enough for what i'm lookin for. if you don't like the thread don't view it.... welcome to america.

![]() i want to say thank you to the people that are responding to the thread w/ info about the thread. my last comment was not directed @ everyone, 420sx, just the people who find it necessary to take the time out of their day to bad mouth me when all they had to do is go to the next thread if they didn't have any info for this one. if i put this in the wrong area, sorry about that i don't do this alot.

330whp i believe,
but i think it was a s14 t28, basically same spec as a s15 turbo less the exhaust divider and the inconel middle section, iirc all he had was 550cc + z32 maf and most importantly aem ems, but this was at 22 psi boost or something, he has a dyno chart... |

well, your stupid ass should be able to look at a compressor map and get the theoretical max "should be" hp that you could do on this turbo. Not hard.

eye ball that baby. To get a very rough idea of what is ideal, just add an extra 0 onto the over airflow. So you are still in the good efficiency at 300whp or so but for it to be the king of not killin air temp you need to keep it low. 300whp is really the best to do, if you want more just get a bigger turbo

i made 312whp 302wtq with gt28r @16psi dynotuned on greddy e-manage ultimate with 555cc injectors , ported intake mani, full eghuast, rspl frontmount... thats it no cams yet. This is on a safe daily driven tune

In all seriousness I think around 330 has been achieved on the s15 inconel wheel turbo. make sure it is one though by checking with garrett. 300 is the max safe hp achieved but you can get 330 or around it with greddy intake manifold and upgraded cams.
s15 turbo isnt a max hp kind of turbo its more for response. if you want more power in the 350 to 400 range get a gt2871r with a .64. That has pretty good response and good topend. and zilvia is zilvia. alot of knowledge with alot of veterans who have heard the same questions over and over so they get irritated. if you dont like it you are free to go to nico, 240sxforums or freshalloy. |

and yeah, max hp isn't the thing with this t28, it makes decent power and good response, 300whp is pretty fast for most people 2871 would be the next step 350-400 ish with the right mods and after that, it's lag on bottom end and good bye on the top end |

![]() thanks for the input. i'm a sucker for reilability so i've done all the support work on my motor to insure everything i need for big power is in place. right now i have an s15 turbo on the setup, the guy i go to is getting a dyno very soon and he is interested in seeing what can be pulled out of the turbo w/ this setup. its going to be a few more weeks, but as soon as i get the numbers back i'll postem up.
