what things would you guys suggest buying nd in what order before turboing a 95 KA? (clutch, fuel, fuel rail, injectors, fuel management etc.....)
If you could provide a manufacturer along with the product that would be great.  Ive already considered magnacor wires and ngk plugs, unorthodox racing pulleys, clutchmasters stage 4.  Im really concerned about fuel management more than anything else.  Thanks guys.

Haltech E6K?

Seriously, the opinions I've heard on why a lot of KA24DE+T's blow up is because of improper fuel management. The E6k will help you with that, and more.

I have a internally stock turboed ka24. I have a cartech rising fuel pressure regulator and a walbro in tank 255lph high pressure pump. I am running 7psi on stock fuel system other than what I just mentioned. You definately need the clutch and good wide tires at least a 245. You however do not need the haltech e6k. I would also get a larger exhaust 3" or more for the best power gains. I would also run iridium plugs I've tried many and they work the best by far. I use denso's but ngk's also work well. If you want run more than the 7psi that I run I would definately get injectors and a jwt ecu, maf, and fuel rail, and larger injectors any more than 10psi requires internals. As far as wires I prefer taylor they fit well work well and have a good warranty. The magnecores are good wires but if you have any trouble with them your on your own they won't warranty them. I would also run mobil 1 oil.  Before I put the kit on I ran mobil 1 and changed the the oil at 1000 mile intervals 3 times to make sure the turbo would get fresh clean oil. When you do the clutch make sure to resurface the flywheel I tell this to everyone because this is very very important. While your under there you might as well change the tranny fluid to redline and add some lucas oil stabilizer to the fluid. I have a question for you are you planning on purchasing a kit or piecing it together. If your buying a kit I would recommend fmax or nsport. I personally have the nsport kit and praise there quality.
