q45 5 lug

i was wondering if i could use a q45 5 lug setup instead of a a 300zx setup and just get 300zx tt calipers later?

No. The question at hand is can you use the Q45 5lug hubs, not the brakes. Brakes bolt on, we all know this, hubs do not.

The rear is the same as a Z32 TT, too large to accept the S13/S14 axle unless you use the larger spline axles, which are too long. The fronts are also similar to the Z32, an upper Aarm with a long spindle, the hub is free floating though and does not fit an S13/S14 spindle.

Thought the threads on the brakes would also elaborate on hub thickness as well...
