Not safe at all...and probably the dumbest idea i've ever heard.

Is it leaking out of the gasket itself, or out of the weep hole on the pump?

Weep hole = change water pump

gasket = take pump off, resilicone, bleed system, have fun.

i agree with cody bad idea. weather it be a wee hole or the gasket bad. remove and replace unit. unless u just installed a new one than remove reseal.
much better to install new than used hand have to remove.replace in the near future

i agree with the first two post.... if there's something wrong with the car fix it.... don't try to drive it till it completely fails. and definitly don't use the mechanic in a bottle like some dumb people out there for the quick fix.

Stop being stubborn and a lazy fuck...It doesnt matter, a leak is a leak and your letting air into the system. Change the damn thing or risk your car overheating and warping the fucking head. Then again, its a POS RB20 so who gives a flying fuck about it right...obviously you dont cuz if you do you would stop arguing with people who's given you the answer already.
