Hi i just bought a 1993 240sx fastback and their seems to be a problem with the orginal radio. The radio plays fine, it's just that the numbers for the stations do not light up, so i don't know what station i'm listening to. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem... i'd appreciate it very much.

the best thing to do is just ditch it and get yourself a nice aftermarket radio <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Same thing with my 93 240sx. &nbsp; It seems that when it gets really hot inside the car, the numbers kinda show up. &nbsp;I'd just get something new, or you can look on ebay for a used nissan radio.

You could pull out the factory deck and check if any Red/Blue wires have came loose and are not connected anymore. &nbsp; The Red/Blue wires are for the illumination control and light up when you turn your headlights on... i donno
