I am having a problem that seems to happen around half throttle.  It doesn't matter what the RPMS are at.  When i go to half throttle or higher the motor seems to cut in and out really bad, it seems like its missfiring.  If i rev the motor out of gear it oesn't appear to do it that bad.  I tried driving it at full throttle in 4th gear at a low speed and it cuts in and out even at really low RPMS.  It starts to happen really bad at around 2 psi.

I really don't know where to start so if anybody could help me out i woul appreciate it.  Its an S13 redtop in a 91 240

Thanks

What is your sparkplug gap set at?

It should be around 25 ~ 30 not more then that...otherwise you'll get misfire!

Might be the TPS. I had a bad TPS and my motor would backfire when I applied a lot of throttle.

Try adjusting it for sits and giggles. What rpm do you idle at?
