J30 Hubs on S13 Question.

YES I know they fit, Yes I did search, During my search some people posted that you need to change the bushing for the S13 some people said it bolted right up. I know you have to take the whole spindle, I just want to make sure what exactly I have to do to bolt them up. As for the brakes I know I have to cut off the Dust shield to run S14 rotors. Thanks for your assistance, I just want to know before I go taking them off a J30 I found.

Why would you cut a dust shield off that's designed for a larger rotor?
