Some GN+'s and fitment (+tires)...quickie

So I got a great deal on some 17x8.5 +30 5zigen GN+'s...The offset might be a bit high, but it's not that bad for the fronts on my 95 240sx SE. Anyways, I'm gonna grab a pair of 17x9.5's for the rear and I dunno whether to go with the +12 or +22. I'd prefer not to roll/pull, but rolling isn't really a problem...pulling...not so sure about. Would +12's fit without roll/pull?

For rubber, I was thinking 235/45/17's up front and 255/40/17 for the rear? Little help please?

Isn't that stretching it a bit thin? Not a huge fan of the stretched look...

235/45 is WAY too big up front.

235/40 front, 255/40 rear works if you don't want a stretch.
