for example, "Zilvia.net Forums > General > Tech Talk " is at the top, can we get that at the bottom too?
i know you are probably thinking, is it that hard to scroll back up?
but it would be nice to just be able to click on that from the bottom after you finished reading a thread.
thoughts?

That's what the "Forum Jump" button is for, down in the lower right hand corner.
