Want to install my new o2 sensr on s14 ka

I take it its as simple as unscrewing the old and unpluging the ends, and then doing reverse with the old? Question is should I put sparkplug antiseize on the the threads, because I have some extra on hand? Also how careful do you have to be we tightening the new sensor in?

Thinking about installing tommorow pending on difficulty. I tried searching but found mostly fs threads, sr o2 issues, or "how can I tell if my o2 is bad" threads lol.
