Glass up in my head? WTH (with pics!)

And it hurts like hell.
J/k

Well I pulled off my head on my Redtop to check for any unusual. All goes well, I noticed that it came with RAS, good. Then I noticed that my coilpacks 1-2-3 have some rusty looking mud like shit on it. Then I removed my sparkplugs and noticed a small piece of glass on my sparkplug. After that I take a look into 3 and 4 and see more glass. Im afraid that when I removed the second sparkplug some glass may have fallen in. Im ganna try to vacum the glass out tommorow. Should I pull my head just to check if everythings alright? Also what is that rust colored stuff on my coilpacks? Also why is all the sparkplug holes dirty except number 4?

Number 3

Number 4

Coilpacks

Weird. Maybe ITs cause your shit is dirty, and when sand get super hot it turns to glass?
Or maybe the last mechanic used a super jdm tight glass socket when he put the spark plugs in.
I would take my engine apart then to check it, cause other shit could be wrong.

Crazy that it was so dirty in there. like you have to intentionally put dirt in there or the motor was sitting with nothing to cover it for a while

Simple exp. Water got in the plug holes. Most likely without the coilpacks, but could be with them in if the motorset was pressurewashed. Thats where the rust came from

As for the glass. It is either from a crash/ windshield damage after clipping or in some cases I have seen some crystal formations from spark plug conducting grease getting over heated.

just from what ive seen.

no i was just suggesting to change it with the motor out cuz its a pain to do the coolant return that runs behind the engine with it in the car

my explanation: your engine was a clip with no hood that got a little water in it at some point and thus the rust. the glass was probably from when they cut the clip and the windshield was cut. did you have a spark plug valley cover on it?

RB nismoknights

you might of had bad valve cover rings wich will cause oil leak into the top of your spark plugs themselves plus all the other crap when your clip got cut and shipp ed

I think blu808 is right, mine had some glass in it from the broken windshield of the clip, also just looks like some water got in there and dirtied things up.

I hope you removed the glass before you pulled out the spark plugs. If you didn't, becareful that none of it dropped down into the cylinders.
