Accessory Relay

I am almost done with an SR swap. The car starts up but the after a short time accessory (2nd relay from the top, (driver side by foot pedals). buzzes and the car dies

Now here's the kicker. I have two ECUS. One is the original sr20 ECU(S14), the other is off an S15 (chipped for Z32 MAF and 550 injectors) Its an S14 (kouki) engine (Z32 Maf/550 Injectors). Both ECUs will start the car and worked fine when the SR was in my 95 (original ECU ran a bit rich obviously). The 95 was originally an automatic, the 98 is a standard. Both will start the car, but the "tuned" ECU will die sooner, and cause the relays to buzz sooner than the original ECU, both however cause the relays to buzz and causes the engine to die.
