I have a zenki s14 SR harness that the vtc solenoid plug was cut off of. I have another plug that will work but I need to figure out which wire goes were. Say I'm standing on the passenger side of the car looking straight down onto the solenoid and the little notch humped part is on the top of the plug, which side does the brown wire go to and which side does the yellow wire go to? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Its a solenoid. You cannot wire it backwards.

I thought that might be case but wanted to make sure so I didn't mess anything up.
