I'm swapping out my shat motor(ka24e) for a ka24de.  I'm looking at a 95 motor with an auto tranny.  Will my 5 spd tranny fit on the block?

I'm pretty sure they use the same trany so it should fit. The only thing I wonder about is the mount at the rear.
