Hi, I am new to this post. I own a 92 coupe and have a few questions.

First of all i need help with my hud. I know you guys have answered this many times b4 but every one that i read has to do with weather. My hud only comes on for about 4-5 seconds when i start the car and then just fades away. All my fuses that i can see are fine and i don't have a fsm so don't really know what else to look at. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Also i have starting problems. When the car is warm and i go to start it, its cranks up fines but as the rpm goes up it just wants to drop back and stall. It only does this when i crank it. Once i just tap the gas a bit its fine and the rpm gauge does not fluctuate. Oh yeah this started happening ever since i drained my battery and got a boost.

I would really appreciate any help........Thank You....

Just a heads up (no pun intended) and I'll let it slide because you're a "newbie" -- but please, PLEASE, MAKE USE OF THE SUBJECT LINE. Anyway I can't help w/ your HUD problem because I don't have it (heck I don't even have power windows) but it sounds like it could be the actual unit (projector) that needs repair or replacement rather than just being a bad connection somewhere in the system.

As for the fluctuating idle when cranking -- that sounds really weird (if I understand what you're saying).  How long do you have to turn the engine until it finally turns over??
When you're cranking the motor, RPMs are going to (naturally) be very low...
