whats the difference.. i know different materials.. same clamping force... but what would be appropriate for me?  I spend some time at the track, this is why i want it.  I am N/A and will be for a long time.. its my every day car too.

I'm gonna assume that your probably close to stock if your n/a. Just get a stock clutch unless you can find an aftermarket one for less. Why pay for something you don't need.
