man, is that door chime annoying. there has to be a way to disable it, right?

he's talkin about when u say leave ur keys or ur lights on and u open ur door...or thats what i take it as, the 240 chime is not nearly as annoying as my old sentras chime haha

hmm...I don't remember...I think it was near the back...just go page by page...muhahaha  <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'>

but seriously, I believe it's towards the back, maybe 2/3, where it shows you where all the wiring harnesses are...and it shows all the components like the chimer, auto-belt computer, etc. are.  Electrical section.

if you don't find it by tonight (like 11:30-12), I'll go through my book and find the page for you.

I'd guess it's the same place.

I do remember it was by the driver door...sort of where the fuse box is.  I'm guessing it's under the lower dash....or right above the fuse box.

how can you guys not like that chime? i love it for some reason. although it does get annoying if i'm working the stereo (with the door open) and things aren't working as planned.

I don't mind the 240 chime as much.  I wonder if you can change the tune tho, lol.  The things you can do with cars....
