one is mint.. the other one need a new black outer trim.. ( little plastic pieces is broken ) you can get this by taking it off the stock rear light... would do it but i have a set.

im not sure lol they look pretty identical.. i couldnt tell you forsure.. they have all the approriate built in reflectors so they are road legal up here in canada.. but i couldnt say for sure.. they look nice except for the broekn piece of plastic... is there a way to tell betweeen vertex and ebay ?? if there is a way tell me and i will double check for you..

Yes, there is a way. Get out the receipt from where you bought it at and there you have it. If you got it from ebay it's most likely not vertex. And if it is Vertex, is there any type of stamp or label on the tails? Or do you have a receipt or box. That would help you find out if its real.

they weigh like normal lights
