When I step on the gas pedal hard, I get a lot of vibration from the gas pedal and during acceleration the car is like jerking back and forth a little bit??  What is going on??

it sounds like it could be your driveshaft, if it is then your u-joints are probably bad and if not the u-joints then maybe the shaft became unbalanced somehow maybe one of the weights on it fell off and set it off balance....

and how much would it be to fix drive shaft??
