okay, the black/red wire to the coil has power when the key is in the on position. the white wire going to the power transistor has power, and then power gets sent from the transistor to the coil via the green/black wire. which is hot when connected. the ground on the coil itself is continuous with chassis ground, and the black wire of the transistor is continuous with ground as well. everything is as it is supposed to be, but i have no spark. there isnt spark at the coil-to-distributor wire either, ruling out the distributor. swapping the coil for a known working one doesnt work either. i need ideas badly, as i am drawing a blank.
