Calling green HID owners

I have HID foglights and a bulb burned out so I'm considering getting some green HID bulbs, was wondering if anyone on here has them...How's the light output? Is it mainly for show or does it actually light up the road some? If they're not bright at all I'll probably just go with yellow...input appreciated. Thanks.

A lot of HID sellers list Lumens for yellow but not for green, probably because green hids arent very bright at all.

Also green foglights sound like a cop magnet.

green is HIGHLY illegal on any side of any road going vehicle. check vehicle codes on other colors of lighting, but green is reserved for traffic lights and will get you a ticket faster than throwing bags of coke out your window while drifting in the WPD parking lot, or the lot next to it with those G35 kids on the news.

yellow, white, and blueish (can get you hassle, and generally much over 8-10K you are pushing it) are acceptable in my state, and most all states.

Haha you saw that thing about the G35? so funny.

Yeah good point, I didn't think about the green foglights being illegal.

I've had 6k hid foglights for about 6months with 8k headlights, and i've never had a problem with police.

I'll probably just go with yellow then
