alright, this only started happening after i gave her beans around a corner.

sohc ka stock

when i downshift ex 3rd->2nd, when i first touch the gas after its in gear the car with hesitate (no power, like a misfire) then it will be fine.

other times the car will randomly stall, then itll fire on first crank.

im guessing its some sort of fuel issue.

search for MAF, this sounds like a common MAF issue

Do 100k or 80k tune up such as fuel filters and everything else. No water pump change needed.

check timing, ignition is the key to a healthy car
change fuel filter, can cause stumbling and hesitation at high rpm due to lack of fuel/ backed up filter
change spark plugs, and gap them to .030. very critical if your ignition system is weak, car is old so nothing is factory spec.
Change oil, and make sure there are no vacuum leaks
