![]() I picked up a front set of S13 Bridgestone NPG coilovers for a fair price of $240. shipped to my door. These are going to be used for my S12's front suspension. I've looked around and couldnt dig up much on these. but for a good set of coilovers... a pair of working front s13 coilovers, for that price i couldnt pass it up.
![]() as far as i know these are exclusive only to japan. individually serial numbered: DMPB830# FG05 they have a 9kg rate. Front adjustable pillowball upper mounts(?) adjustable camber plates. I read (speculation) that they are similar if not built the same as to tein SS's. I figure they could be rebuilt at some reputable company in the USA? ![]() ![]() ![]() anyone know some info on these that i dont? anyone read japanese? info or ideas would be awesome! thanks. ![]()

i got a set of NPGs as well, but 8/6 spring rate and mine are black. fronts are 4-way adjustable. they are not bad, the dampers are made by KYB, pillow ball uppers use NMB bushes. the only thing i'm a little unhappy with is the fact that you can't go really low with these. but if performance matters more to you than looks, then these coilovers aren't bad.

go to a motorcycle shop that WORKS on stuff... they are very reasonable and charge about 100-150 per shock(for motorcycles) |

if you really want to get yours repaired, i'd say ask KYB for some adresses. of course, this includes only the dampers, springs and pillowball uppers are a different make. |

Does a rebuild usually entail anything with the springs? I didn't think so but I don't know too much about coilover rebuilds. I thought the internals were just taken out and replaced in the shock/strut.
