I currently reside in San Leandro,CA.
I'm looking for 1-2 possible room mates.
Must be:
-Trustworthy
-Responsible
-Clean,
-Respectful

I'm paying $1700/Month for:

4 Bedrooms (1 masterbedroom)
2 Bathrooms
2 Living rooms
1 Nice walk in area kitchen, fridge, dish washer
1. Laundry room with washer and dryer
2 Car gated parking spaces
Rear Storage/garage
Front and backyard(small deck, lil basketball court )
Its a really NICE BIG house. Alot of you members have been here before
With lots of room to work on your cars

I got the good deal on this place from a family friend who owns the house.
I've known her for about 12 years, and she's the chillest Landlord. The lease is only 6 months(not a full year lease) and after every 6 months I renew.
My house is about 10min walking distance from bart, and bus stops are frequent around the area. The neighborhood is very peaceful. One of the rooms in the house, has its own private side entrace with a key. Me and my girlfriend are a 21-22 year old couple, we are very courteous and friendly, Unfortunately times are getting a bit rough, and we can use some roomates. I got a pooltable, Air hockey and plasma T.V. I'm very car literate meaning I can help troubleshoot/Install

If you are a couple its a + (but need to pay for both rooms)

MY LANDLORD ONLY ALLOWS 4 PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE.

RENT GOES AS FOLLOWS:
Master Bedroom:$720/Month (My room)
Bedroom 1: $520 /Month (right next to the bathroom)
Bedroom 2: $460/Month bit smaller bedroom (Private Entrance)
Bedroom 3: is the computer room

Everyone splits 50% on all bills
PG&E is around $120/Month
EBMUD water $60/Every 3 months ($20/month)
Comcast $120/Month
Garbage/Recycling is FREE
Groceries are up to you.

BILLS ARE ROUGHLY :$80/month

I'm looking for 1-2 roomates (no kids please)
Who can rent out rooms 2+3

Parking: There is 1 gated parking spot available.
LOTS of parking on the street in front of the house.

NO DOGS
1-2 cats allowed.

PROCESS:
We notify our landlord.
- No credit Check
- No back round Check
- I can possibly waive your deposit (most likely)
- Have proof of income
