Will a USDM DOHC cluster work with a JDM lower harness? Or does have to be switched out as well for a JDM cluster or vice versa? When I say work, i mean everything, ie, tach, speedo, fuel, temp gage. Thanks.

Yes. The cluster doesn't care which harness, nor does the harness care. The signals are the same.

take out the sensors off your original motor that DOES work with the swap motor and you'll have no problems. for instance, if you have a stock KA and your swapping to SR, take out the sensors off the KA and put it on the SR motor. its by the intake manifold, red and black connectors. ill try to post a pic.
