SR not starting.

hi guys...
so my redtop is not starting after sitting there for 2 days.
When I turned key to "on" position, the fuel pump doesnt make sound at all. Checked the fuel pump relay, it is okay. and fuel pump fuse is fine as well. The car cranked but it doesnt start.
Then I found out the red light on the ecu is not on when I turn the key to on position. Tried to switch the ecu relay, but it doesnt do anything. Everything electronically works fine when I turn the key to on position except the fuel pump and the ecu.

My friend used a paper clip to test the fuel pump, and the fuel pump turned on, but the car doesnt start.

what else should I check?

the ecu is not getting power for sure....when I turned on the key, the red light on ecu and the check engine light are both not on.....
checked the ecu power with the volt meter, and only 3V....what could be the problem?

you can always re-pin the wires back into the blue plug or spend money and buy a brand new harness. gl

perhaps the plastic wore loose in the plug itself, or the little piece in the pin that catches the plastic slot in the ecu plugs are bent/worn/whatever.

for the time being, try just shoving something in there to hold it tight. i've done this using a toothpick. but i would try unplugging it from the ECU. maybe they just need to be re-set into the large blue plastic plug.

EDIT: if it ends up the metal pins are in good condition, but the plastic plug itself is cheesed, i have a knackered KA harness i can just take the blue plug off and send it to you.
