Hey ya'll i'm new to the forum. I just bought a salvaged s13 fastback .. I wanted tyo buy a skyline, but i didn't have wenough money. it's close right? well it has a blown motor so i'm thinking of putting an s2000 motor in it. my friends said i could use the stock s13 tranny since they are both rear wheel drive. How hard do u think it will be? i got a prelude body kit from my freidn for a $100 bucks.. i''m trying to see if i can custom mold it.. well does anyone know wehere i can get skyline headlights. cuz i want to graft them in since i dont have a skyline.. thanx ya'll

you shouldnt have bought a salvaged time (dumb mistake)
you obviously dont have enough for a skyline (if you bought a salvaged)
if you are trying to custom mold a prelude kit..that's just SAD

go back to honda. rice out your current car instead of the 240sx.

hey you know what? i'll tell you a secret that no one knows and dares to do. 20 skyline GT-R emblems on your hood and 20 NISMO stickers on your door will grand you 240hp, so hey, think about that, you don't have to spend that much money on s2000 engine for your blown motor, 40 stickers will make the car move!!!!!!!!!

why are u guys so mean.. whats wrong with hondas drifting.. haven't you ever seen initial D..."Gumtape death match".. every great drifter has seen initial D... you guys must be out of the loop.lol i will proabably jsut go with a blacktop sr..sounds more reasonable and better for my price range. i think i'll order from Unstable hybrids.. have ya'll ever heard of them. Well i'll prob do that get an upgraded t3/t4 turbo from yuri at heavy throttle. With money i save form not buying the s2000 motor im gonna get a greddy profec a turbo timer and a sards BOV. I was checking the search function too, and i thiknk i'm gonna ask one of my friends on clubSi if he can get a hold of an intercooler core and weld on the endtanks for a decent price some thing with liltte pressure drop. and then got to the military muffler shop @ norkfolk and ge thme to mandrel bend the intercooler piping. i'm going to also cutom fabricate my own 3 " downpipe and a random tech hi flo cat to a blitz nurspecR catback. I dont wann blow all my money on an engine so i'm also  gonna get either zeal b-6's or JIC flt-a2. as far as the body, i dont think i'll be able to get the prelude kit on there.  i'm prob just gonna get a lip and prime the car black i'm stripping the whole interior except for a bride seat that i kept from my si that i sold.. ill need some wird ass brackets though. well i'll keep ya'll posted. dont be som mean to newbies please. later

let me point all some of the errors in your inane posts.. first off you can bolt an S2K engine to a S13 tranny, if you say otherwise, your dumb, and don't know anything about how flywheels/transmissions work. Secondly Honda makes RWD cars.. the S2K which was already mentioned, and the NSX (Acura.. close enough). hes trying to mold a 100$ used body kit to a salvaged car that hes putting a bride seat in.. yet you still have to argue about whether hes a troll or not? only worthwhile post on this thread was Yoshi's.

Input shaft. Bolt pattern. Unless you plan on making a custom flywheel and bellhousing adapter.

i haven't discovered a car engine yet that doesn't have a flywheel.. you just get a flywheel that will bolt up to the transmission, and volia!

But as of now I can't criticize too much because I don't know you at all and not sure of your credibility either. The only way a F20 engine is getting into the S13 is if you custom made just about everything. New motor mounts, transmission crossmember, driveshaft etc.

Don't get me stated on matching up a F20 tranny to an SR or vice-versa. It's not as simple as finding the right flywheel!

The only way a F20 engine is getting into the S13 is if you custom made just about everything. New motor mounts, transmission crossmember, driveshaft etc. Don't get me stated on matching up a F20 tranny to an SR or vice-versa.
