Anyone know what kind of modifications are necessary to fit OEM metal S15 fenders onto a S13/180sx chassis? Oh also, anyone tried West Yokohama fiberglass fenders? I want their quality. GTP sucks.

i dont think there is anybody here that has metal s15 fendres on their car. i dont even know anybody here that HAS a s15 conversion rather than "Matic 240sx" but i havent seen him since he was looking for a buyer on his car.

i dont know wat modification u have to do to the fender to make ti fit, probably the mounting needs modification

West Yokohama fiberglass fenders, man they are like one of the BEST fenders to go with along with "Strawberry Face" [think they are the same?] and this other one "Masa" or something like that.

nobody sells s15 conversion kits wiht metal fendres, all come with fiberglass. Fuck GTP, they do not do good business, read the Reviews page on the main page of Zilvia.net somebody wrote a review about them. for donig a conversion a s13/180sx i say go spend the extra bucks for the Yokohama so the conversion will be more ez for you.

I already ordered a hood and headlight harness from TakaKaira which are from West Yokohama. The parts aren't really that expensive, but shipping, well that's a different story. I could also add the fenders to the order, but currently there's metal fenders for sale on ebay. The guy selling the fenders says only little modifications are necessary to install them on a S13. Still waiting for his email...

So currently, I have no idea what to buy. Metal fenders are durable, but need modification. It may not even work. I don't know. West Yokohama fenders need no modification, but I don't really like fiberglass.
