Whenever I shift gears, it's slightly rough but certainly not really smooth. I mostly feel it when shifting at low rmps, but at high rpms, I don't really feel it much. My clutch is good and my clutch flood is full.  Can someone help me out to try to figure what's the problem? My friend says it could be my syncros....does anyone else think so? It can't be my driving because everyone that drives my car says that they feel it.
