s14 Rear Camber adjustments

I have the kazama rear camber pieces to adjust camber but it hasnt been installed yet.

Quick Facts:
1995 S14
stock springs/struts, springs have been cut so camber is an issue
sportmax 992 rims with Toyo Proxe4 tires (dont know if this means anything)

Ok for the question and no more bullshit. what are the torque specs to install all the pieces from kazama's kit and exactly how difficult is it to make camber adjustments? I'm talking quite minor for the moment till i can afford to take it to get proffesionally done if I need that. thanks for the help guys i love Zilvia!!
