All fiberglass parts look like crap when compared to the OE metal. Even the good shit is still marginally wavy.

Metal is always better.. but it doesn't mean all fiberglass is crap. If it is crap... it usually can be fixed to where it's not wavy.

You have to remember that most hot rods use a lot of fibreglass and they can get it super flat and show car finish.
It depends on how much you want to spend.

You could get paper mache to look good if you spend enough money. That statement is absolutely universal. I have yet to see one fiberglass part from any company that comes out of the box absolutely perfect. If you spend either tons of time or tons of money you can make it perfect. IMO unless you are trying to build a racecar and lose as much weight as possible just get your stock fenders flared. Metal just looks better and is much more durable.

yes i kinda regret putting wide fenders on my s13. i coulda saved the money and got a fender roller. when done right it looks awesome. it can take a lot of work to make fiberglass look good. IMO of course

Wide rear

I'm in the process of getting a s13.

My goal is to have a s13.5. I know the front kit that I want but I can't find the right wide kit of the car. I've been searching for a couple hours now.. I want the rear to look like this:

and not flare like this:

I know that's an s15 in the first pic but is there any [very] similar rear kits for the s13?

Absolutely, those aero kits are perfect for the rear of my future 240sx.

Anyone seen a kit that has the rear raised like the below. I don't want to scrap the rear when driving/parking.
