So I finally got around to installing my PS cooler. All of my fittings are fine except for the one that goes directly to the rack.

This is the fitting I purchased:

the threads are not long enough for the rubber o-ring to seat properly so I bought a copper crush washer in hopes that would work. It worked fine on my high pressure side. Any suggestions?
