What is the safest and easiest way to wire single electric fan (i.e. slim fan). I got rid of the clutch fan, but I wanna leave the a/c electric fan there. All I'm trying to do is get a single slim fna to replace the old clutch version. I'm a newbie at wiring but so if anybody has suggestions on a easy way to wire without out fires or wires melting I'd appreciate it. I don't really understand relays.

Trying to decide if I want the fan to be temp control, or run all time by switch. Also does it hurt to mount the fan on the front as a pusher?
