It comes off the 240s engine bay harness where my sr harness connects to. Its the green wire with blue stripe that comes off the bottom of the connector.

It appears to have been cut i imagine it goes to this connector since its the same color wire that is cut i just have no idea what it plugs into.

and this has nothing to do with the wire but its just nice to look at lol
