anybody in virginia...
have a s13 redtop ecu i can borrow? i really really need to know if my ecu is bad or not, i took it apart and it doesnt seem to have any large burn areas, but one spot seems questionable. i'm located in nova (stafford area) and just need to plug it in this saturday to see if thats the issue! thanks in advance
