Wiring silvia front end(triple projectors)

I am putting together a thread on how to properly wire a complete silvia front-end(triple projector) but need to verify the proper way to wire up the corner driving light.

This part right here:

On the clear side of the Silvia corner light you can just plug the original stock sidemarker light. As for the amber side just splice it to your stock front turning signal lights. The front turn signal lights will blink with the amber corner part.

It's your car, wire it however you want.

But to be smart, and to use some common sense, the clear part is obviously a parking light, the orange a turn signal. So it would stand to reason the clear side will go to the parking circuit (red/blue) and the orange side to the turn signal circuit (green/yellow and green/black per side). But that's clearly too much for you to consider. in fact, the wiring on the plugs matches the wiring on the chassis.

Jesus christ! You take the god damn sidemarker light socket and plug it straight into the damn clear part. Then you go to the junkyard and buy another set of stock sidemarker sockets and patch the wiring into the turn signal circuit somewhere. NOT fucking hard! If you really wanna be correct on the light pattern you clip the wire that turns the running light on on the bumper lights. On the silvia's the bumper lights are only signals, unless you have the half amber half clears.

I have never seen a Silvia in person so I don't know how they're wired in Japan.

In the US, the pignose bumper lights fit in the silvia bumper with no mods.

In the US, the bumper lights serve both parking and turn signal functions with dual filament bulbs.

I recommend retaining the US function of the bumper lights, but you can do however you like.

On the wiring on my buddy's CA front clip there were only 2 wires going to the bumper light and a single filament bulb in the socket. Turn signals only for JDM models for sure. I used the sockets from his clip. It doesn't really matter though. I kinda like the look of the bumper lights as running lights.
