s14sr in s14 car wont shut off? need help a.s.a.p

My brother is helping a friend with a swap. the car was a s14 with s13 sr, but he blew the motor, so he bought an s14 sr and my brother put it in, its the full swap, ecu, wireharness , trans and the motor. So its in fires it ups, turn the key off to go home because the swap is finished, and the car stays on, takes the key out car stays on.
First thought is the turbo timer. So cheack the wiring to it, still stays on, unplug it and completly disconect it, still stays on.
the motor ran fine and shut off in the car it was in before, but now it wont turn off. Anyone have any clue as to what this is? Has it ever happened to anyone?

So I guess nobody knows about this? Did not think anyone would have a clue on here, but thought it was worth a shot.

3 possible things it could be. the first two have a 2% chance of being the problem.

1 the blue ecu relay is bad and not shutting off, swap the relay to check

2 the alternator has a bad diode in it and is not shutting off

but most likely the problem is in the wiring harness. the f3/m63 white dash plug by the ecu is not wired in correctly. 98% chance the problem is in the wiring. double check the wiring.

if you still can't fix it, i can repair your wiring fubarness.

easy...i'll even wire in the AC free of charge with the repair ^_^
