In the socal or central coast area, maybe norcal since i go up there once or twice a month.

i have a 99 four door civic (black).
LX model with power windows, power doorlocks, power steering.
2way paging viper SST alarm system w/ remote start.
painted moldings like EX model, side view mirrors.
Civic Si front bumper, grill and lip.
Mercedez blue window tint, light metallic.
Farenheight DVD player, CD, MP3 player with SD card input.

Mods:
Apex-i Vtec controller
MSD Spark Distribution system
B16A Civic Type R head
B20 CR-V block
ITR Intake manifold
ITR Limited Slip Diff.
ITR Axles
Omni coilover suspension
Tanabe racing medallion catback exhaust
Custom Cold Air intake with factory box cover to hide piping.
a few other things i cant think of right now.

Runs great right now on Volk CE28's 16x7.5
Car is liable to get 230+ horses to the wheels with a good tune.
will post some pics when it stops raining.

price is $12000 we can work on that though. i put some cheaper wheels on and drop the price. lmk if your interested.
