Compatible sunroofs with r32s?

I know this is kind of off the wall and its a long shot but I dont have part numbers to do this myself. I have an r32 that is ready for paint except for the sunroof. It needed new glass but when it came there was no seal on it. I tried an spare s14 glass and it was too small by about 2 inches in total circumference but overall pretty close. I dont think s13s would work as I can only remember those popup ones.

Anybody on here that has had to do that on an r32 and used like an old Maxima glass or something?

I can post up pictures this weekend if somebody thinks it will help.

Thanks

The S13 coupes had sliding sunroofs, the fastbacks had the pop-up style.

I was gonna say try a Maxima. I know Prelude sunroofs are on the larger side.

Here's a pic with the 32 glass in. Perfect minus the seal and since you can't just buy the seal, I guess I need to buy a replacement glass from somebody for an r32 which is kinda hard to do or see if something else fits.

The seal looks simple though anybody know of a DIY trim replacement kit that is trim to fit for these kinds of things? Im not even going to open the sunroof I just want it to not leak and looks decent so I can paint it.

I'd bet you can get the seal overseas. It's available for S14s, so it's possible. Thing is, sunroofs are rare in Skylines so finding used glass won't be easy.

GTRCanada.com

If you join there and make a wtb thread, there are a few very good sponsors at the site that can source OEM parts for you no problem.

Hey it's Russ. Long time no see. I'm surprised you dont have one laying around.

Thing is when I checked with Nissan the actual seal wasn't sold seperately even on the s14s. (Or atleast thats what they gave me) I dont have FAST anymore to verify. The tiny clips that hold it on are brittle and I would be better off finding a glass with good condition seal already on it. I'll check some of the Canadian sites. Any other good ones out there?

Haven't been in the Nissan game for a while. Thanks
