Has any one changed the radiator core support on there car? How hard do you think it would be? Any tips or advice for someone attempting this?

Hard. You'll need to weld it up. I wouldn't do it because insurance adjustor and potential buyers in the future will assume that it has been in a serious accident.

Jeff's right, it's a tough job if you don't know how to cut/weld pretty well. Also, you'd have to prime/paint it when you were done, unless you're close friends with RUST. xp If you have front end damage and need to repair/replace it, expect to pay a reasonable amount of money to section in a new one... I'm thinking in the $400 - $500 range.
