SR red top, no spark on cylinder #2

I recently change the wiring harness on my s13 with a sr20, and now I have no spark on cylinder #2. The wire is blue w/yellow stipe I believe it goes to the ecu.

So my question is what am I looking for?

Use a VOM to test for connectivity from the ecu plug through the harness, ignitor, then to coil packs.

You tried swapping spark plugs and coilpack around to eliminate them out of the possibility?

cylinder 2
C 3
C4

should be

pin 1
pin 2

pin 8
pin 9

definatelly check the coils by switching a known good one with the one that wont fire, that way youll know if its the coil or your wiring. then if its in the wiring check the wiring from the ignitor to the coils and from the ecu to the ignitor. i have seen ignitors go bad, but still work on 3 cylinders. so basically the wiring was good the coils were good but the ignitor was not working for one cylinder properly
