check for compression, correctly timed spark, etc.

if your ecu isnt getting power, then look in to why it isnt. because i *think* that's a pretty vital piece to your car running.

good luck

ECCS is the FLT ATL are the two ones that can blow your ecu. Check the fuse for continuity. If there is, then ECU might be friend. Sounds like you shorted something.

i check the eccs relay located next to the battery and its no getting power. with the key off it shows ground but with the key on it doesn't show power stills ground... you don't think can be the harness wiring?

Opening it doesn't always tell you.... Wait its a relay and you get 0 power to any of those relays? Then also you when you key on, you don't hear any clicking on those blue relays either for the ecu? If S13 relays are at the front of the passenger side, if S14, relays are inside next to the ecu.

only the relay that is not working is the eccs. its the relay that is next to the batery. and the others are working good. so i don't know why is just the one of eccs the one its not working.

Check that your battery has 12 volts on it. your car won't start if it doesn't, if it doesn't crank then check your clutch interlock switch located under you clutch pedal.

Nope clutch interlock will stop it from starting, but DOES NOT stop fuel pump priming when ignition is in the on position.....
