check engine code 45 and 32 help

Hi:
I have checked other post already, but I have more questions for them.
Thanks in advance.
45 code is a leaky injectors... But in my knowledge, if the leak is out side the engine, the computer should not be able to get it.
Does it mean the leak in inside the motor, injectors go bad or electric problem??
32 is EGR, what's the common solution for this, change the EGR or usually just the vacuum leak?
Thanks a lot..

ok I had both these codes on my car. They were easily fixed . first off check all your vacuum lines on your egr setup . If one is cracked this code can come up. second is I had the 45 code when my fuel filter was leaking and causing the ecu to overcompensate fuel flow which was causing the injectors to pulse rich which was triggering the injector code. The minute I fixed the bad fuel filter the injector code disappeared . the other thing that would cause the injector code could be the injector o ring seals which could cause leaky injectors into the engine. The leak does not have to be on the outside.
