Camshafts or Headgasket?

Well, I'm in the market for either one of the two products. Tomei camshafts or an Apexi 86mm/1.1 Metal headgasket. I can't decide on which one to go with for my setup. My stock headgasket nor my stock cams are showing any wear or need to be replaced, so what do you guys think is a better buy? I'ma bit confused as to when it says intake/exhaust camshafts? Could anyone clear this up for me like difference wise? Thanks. I only plan on making around 300whp, MAYBE a tad more but nothing too dramatic.

My setup as followed:

S14 SR w/ stock t28
HKS 555 injectors
z32 MAF
HKS Actuator @ 14psi
FMIC
Walbro 255 fuel pump
z32 Fuel Filter
3" turbo back
Nistuned ECU

Camshafts:
Tomei 143G260120 ProCam Intake Camshaft S14 S15 SR20DET 260 12.00mm

HeadGasket:
Apexi 814-N102 (86mm x 1.1mm) Metal Head Gasket SR20DET S13 S14 S15

Thanks for the input.
