Anyone kno if some racetracks in LA california are open at certain times for yu to practice? like irwindale? maybe pay some fee?

nothing on a regular basis
check club4ag.com for details on events as well as speedtrialusa.com

also speedtrials DOES NOT regularly have drift events, so watch 4ag for info.
