I apologize for asking this question, I'm sure it's been answered several times before. I just need to know.

Will a stock S14 SR downpipe bolt up to my stock S13 cat? If not, what kind of downpipe do I need or does it not matter (EGay)?

Yes, stock down pipe will bolt up to S13 CAT. If I'm not mistaken all SR downpipes are the same (Someone feel free to correct me on this if I'm incorrect).
